Q1: I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay with a credit card?
A1: Yes, you can use Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. To pay by credit card, you should use the PayPal interface, noting, that to pay by credit card via the PayPal you DON’T NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

 

Q2: My internet connection dropped. Can I continue my shopping?
A2: Yes, absolutely. All carts are being saved for a week. Therefore, we will send a gentle reminder to your email address about your abandoned cart.

Q3: I couldn't finish my payment: something went wrong. What should I do?
A3: First of all, check if you're using Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card or active PayPal account. Secondly, make sure that your balance is correct. If you still have any trouble with the payment process, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly support team.

Q4: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)? 
A4: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Stripe and PayPal, so you can use a card without any worries. You can also always request a refund if something went wrong with your shipment.

Q5: When will I be able to receive my order? 
A5: After order has been placed, it takes 3-4 business days to handle by the manufacture. You get tracking number and the order will be dispatched. After that, it takes on average 14 days to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number to track your order. Check out our Shipping details at the bottom of the page for more information.

 Q6: My discount hasn't been applied. What should I do to get it? 
A6: All promotion codes which are promised to you on our social networks or site should be 100% applicable. If you've noticed that something hasn't worked, please inform us and we will make sure that you've got what you've been promised.
